Meet the Team
Jeffrey A. Luhrsen
Attorney
With over 28 years of experience in the legal field, Jeffrey A. Luhrsen is an attorney who consistently pushes beyond traditional boundaries to serve his clients’ most pressing needs. An honor student at the University of Tampa, Mr. Luhrsen graduated in 1990 before earning his J.D. (with honors) from Stetson University in 1993. He continued his legal education by completing an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley College of Law in 2008.
After law school, Mr. Luhrsen served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, where he held roles as Trial Counsel, Military Magistrate, and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice. Upon returning to Florida in 1998, he dedicated his practice exclusively to representing consumers in tort claims and insurance disputes. Recognizing the profound impact of alcohol safety issues, he focused on cases involving DUI victims and underage drinking. During this time, he chaired MADD Florida’s Public Policy Council (2007) and served as Chair of the Legislative Committee for the Sarasota Coalition on Substance Abuse.
Mr. Luhrsen has earned the highest possible ratings in both legal ability and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Virginia Bar, and is a member of the Florida Justice Association. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and a member of the exclusive Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum—an honor reserved for attorneys who have secured multi-million-dollar verdicts or settlements. In 2007, his firm, Luhrsen Law Group, was recognized by the Bradenton Herald as the “Best Law Firm” in Manatee County.
Throughout his career, Mr. Luhrsen’s legal scholarship has been highlighted in several respected publications. He has contributed articles to the Florida Justice Association Journal (“Legal Grave Robbing: Discovery of Psychotherapy Records in Florida Wrongful Death Cases,” September 2007) and the Florida Bar Journal (“Back to the Future,” November 2008).

Legal Assistant
Robin Justice serves as a dedicated Legal Assistant, drawing on her diverse professional background to support clients and colleagues alike. Although she has no prior experience practicing law, Robin’s decades-long career in the healthcare industry has given her a strong foundation in critical thinking, problem-solving, and client advocacy.
Beyond her legal duties, Robin is a biohacker, businesswoman, divine feminine enthusiast, and coach. Her passion for personal growth and transformation fuels her entrepreneurial spirit—a path she embarked upon thanks to her own forward-thinking mindset and the encouragement of Jeffrey. By merging her healthcare expertise with a keen interest in negotiations, Robin strives to empower others while continuing to grow and refine her own professional skill set.
